You may pay for your purchases onsite at pickup BY APPOINTMENT on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14TH between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.  All payments are due in full by 4:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14TH.  All items are to be removed by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH. Any unpaid invoices after that time will automatically be charged to the buyer's card on file. Payment may be made by cash or check. Card payments may be made online or in person with additional 3.85% processing fee.  Please make checks payable to "Robert Chandler Estate". Pickup is on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14TH.  You will be contacted after auction has concluded with a loadout time window to choose from.  Loadout Time windows will be offered as follows: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., & 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.  Please respond to the invoice email with your intended pickup time window.  Any pickup after October 14th is by an auction company agreed appointment time with a 24 hour notice. ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH - AFTER WHICH, ANY ITEMS REMAINING ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND OWNERSHIP BY PURCHASER IS FORFEITED (CONTAINERS ARE ONLY ITEMS WITH EXCEPTION - CONTAINER PURCHASERS ARE GIVEN ONE WEEK FROM AUCTION DATE TO REMOVE & CONTAINERS MUST BE REMOVED BY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20TH). Phillips Brothers Auctions is agent for seller only. This is an online only auction. Items are offered through ONLINE AUCTION ONLY, and Auction begins to close at the advertised time stated. AUCTIONS #4 is a soft-close auction with each item closing at at different time. Any bids placed on a lot WITHIN THE LAST 60 SECONDS of an item's closing time will extend the bidding time, resetting the time remaining back to 1 minute which will begin to count down again.  This will continue until no additional bids are placed and the time expires. NOTE: EXTENDED BIDDING ON AN ITEM DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY EXTEND THE TIME REMAINING ON FOLLOWING LOTS. Each item has its own countdown clock, be sure to remain aware of the time remaining on your items of interest.  You may choose to place a "MAX-BID" on an item and the online system will place bids for you up to your highest bid offer. While online bidding is still live on an item, you also may increase your MAX-BID if you wish, or if you have been outbid you may place a new bid or MAX-BID.  Phillips Brothers Auctions as auctioneers reserve the right to reopen bidding on a lot in the event of a system malfunction.
